Ever get bored of the old Nintendo Switch with the same games? The Nintendo Switch 2 has many upgrades such as having a bigger screen than the original Nintendo Switch. Another new feature of the Switch is its attachable click-on joycons instead of those that slide onto the sides of the screen. There will be exclusive games such as Call of Duty, Black Ops 6, Dragon’s Dogma 2 and so much more. The switch was said to be faster and better than a PS4 but not as fast as a PS5 Pro, plus it is more durable than the older switch.
It has been said that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be better than the older Switch, but different people have different opinions. For example, Joshwin Talapathi (7) said, “I don’t like the new switch because nothing much changed. ”
Another student, Alexis Lai (8) said, “I like the newer design of the bigger screen and I am probably going to buy it.”
Another student named Jacob Mark (7) said, “The newer switch is better because of the attachable joycons and because of the bigger screen.”
Want to try the Switch right now? One of the Kyoto-based developers is hosting a “Nintendo Switch 2 Experience” in several other countries where players can have a hands-on experience with the new Switch. This idea will give an experience to interested players and give them a thought of buying a Nintendo Switch 2 or not.
Nintendo fans are eagerly awaiting to preorder the new Nintendo Switch 2. Although Nintendo itself does not offer pre-orders, Best Buy and GameStop do. These companies see this as a good way to earn some money.
On January 16, 2025, the new Nintendo Switch 2 was released in a video by Nintendo. It also has real-life experience in other countries of the new Switch where you can play the new Switch and preorder for new console players and old Switch players.
